• Implement classroom and/or clinical instruction. Each of these includes teaching, evaluating and counselling students and professional growth.
• Utilize course objectives to structure and/or evaluate learning experiences. Actively counsels students in the achievement of course outcomes. Collaborate with Lead Teacher on student progress and related issues.
• Maintain professional growth and development pertinent to educational responsibilities. 
• Work collaboratively with Administration, Lead Teacher, Faculty, Medical Center Staff, affiliating agencies to optimize student learning experiences. Follow School policies and procedures. Participate in accreditation and evaluation processes. Complete E-Learning and Healthstream. Communicate with appropriate faculty and staff about student schedule in clinical area, assignments and objectives. 
• Other duties and/or projects as assigned. Adheres to HMH Organizational competencies and standards of behavior.

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: 

• Masters Degree in Nursing 
• Minimum 2 years active nursing experience.

Licenses and Certifications Required: 

• NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License.
