The Clinical Logistics Center serves as a centralized communications (Hub) for the hospital by bringing together resources and utilizing them to improve experience, efficiency and timeliness of care. The CLC also collects and analyzes data for both real time intervention and trending and analysis. A professional, pleasant attitude is essential, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize is a must. Team members regularly exercise critical thinking and good judgement in making decisions.

Responsibilities

  • CLC Associates serve as operators for the hospital, answering the switchboard, code line, overhead pages, multiple hotlines including requests for clergy, and other forms of communication.
