The Digital Applications Specialist - Marketing Insights will work in various digital mediums including Customer Relationship Management, Marking Automation, Google Suite (Adwords, Datastudio), Social Listening, Market Insights, and Consumer Research, focusing on engaging with team members, patients, and consumers. The Digital Applications Specialist will support the network's growth strategy, efficiency and engagement strategies. This person will also provide support for integrated marketing efforts and will regularly interface with various divisions and collaborate with other marketing, IT, HR and clinical and administrative team members. The Digital Applications Specialist will be responsible for direct-to-consumer campaign strategy and execution as well as the implementation of digital marketing plans.

Responsibilities

A day in the life of a Digital Applications Specialist - Marketing Insights at Hackensack Meridian Health includes:

  • Serve as a valued member of the Hackensack Meridian Digital Team.
  • Assist in planning, development, implementation, and analysis of customer relationship management (CRM) strategies.
  • Identifies trends and insights and makes recommendations to optimize presence and opportunities.
  • Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and social presence.
  • Collaborates with internal teams to develop and implement content, programs, and campaigns that support established goals.
  • Social media listening/topic reporting as necessary.
  • Assist with in-house consumer research designs.
  • Contribute to paid digital (social, display, search) campaign development, execution and reporting.
  • Report out on relevant consumer market insight trends.
  • Other related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or marketing required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in digital communications/marketing, campaign planning, social media, and/or website creation and maintenance which can include relevant coursework.
  • Strong project management skills with a proven ability to simultaneously lead multiple projects and incorporate the goals of diverse stakeholders.
  • Success in growing and strategically managing social media followers and/or email subscribers.
  • Understanding of consumer analytics (Google Analytics preferred).
  • Understanding of digital technology tools, including content management systems, consumer outreach tools like automated SMS, email, etc.
  • Working knowledge of digital content creation, applying the standards of strong usability and user experience principles.
  • Ability to create and execute both short and long term marketing plans.
  • Flexible work style, and ability to work within a diverse team.
  • Keen eye for interpreting data and identifying themes in data to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with comfortability in presenting campaign results and making recommendations for optimizations.
  • Creative problem solving, excellent communication and strong attention to detail are key skills expected in this role.
  • Highly motivated team player with the ability to work both independently and in a team setting.

Starting Minimum Rate

Starting at $72,072.00 Annually

Some jobs may also be eligible for performance-based incentives, bonuses, or commissions not reflected in the starting rate. Certain positions may also be eligible for shift differentials for work performed on evening, night, or weekend shifts.
