The Digital Technology Services (DTS) Business Analyst (BA) is the link between the business objectives and core technological capabilities the team is building across the Hackensack Meridian Health (HMH) network. An agile team requires constant adaptation and innovation to turn customer needs into outputs. Goal is to drive organized and effective requirements to build the product. Responsible for utilizing creative and practical thinking to translate requirements into direct improvements. Is then responsible for ensuring the team knows and understands what they are expected to build through a backlog and user stories and how it connects to overall objectives. Is the team's source for business logic, requirements, analysis, testing features once ready etc.
