The Infrastructure Engineer III maintains the organizations IT infrastructure, which may include hardware, software, servers, storage solutions, networks, or physical facilities. Handles complex issues and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff. Possesses comprehensive knowledge of subject matter. May provide leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to level I & II Infrastructure Engineers.
This particular role centers on the maintenance of Hackensack Meridian Health's (HMH) Messaging Infrastructure, encompassing hardware, software, servers, and cloud/SaaS solutions. The individual in this position will be responsible for all engineering, architecture, and strategic planning related to enterprise messaging infrastructure across the company’s data centers, facilities, and cloud providers. They will address the most intricate messaging issues and problems, escalating more complex concerns to higher-level vendor support and other necessary resources.
A comprehensive understanding of the subject matter is essential and we are looking for candidates with 5-8 years of experience with Google Workspace.
This position will offer a hybrid schedule with minimal onsite presence required.
