The Assistant APP/Physician Recruiter reports to the Manager of APP / Physician Recruitment and will focus on but not limited to coordinating candidate interviews and itineraries.
Candidate must be able to work in fast paced, demanding environment with multiple recruiters.
Partners with the director, manager and physician recruiters through collaboration and communication.
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in the field or related area. 3. Demonstrated ability to navigate within a highly complex and sophisticated organization. 4. Excellent communication skills within all levels of an organization. 5. Self-motivated with a high attention to detail. 6. Strong computer, customer service, and organizational skills. 7. Collaborative and responsive. 8. Can-do attitude. Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred: 1. Bachelor's degree. 2. Previous experience working in the Healthcare industry.
