The Process Improvement Analyst I directs and coordinates quality improvement activities and projects at the hospital to foster a culture of continuous process improvement. This position is responsible for data collection, analysis, and reporting for key quality and performance indicators. Working with all organizational levels, the analyst identifies opportunities for improvement, structures efforts to achieve targeted goals, and establishes measurement systems to monitor performance. The analyst serves as a resource to develop performance improvement tools, dashboards, and graphs for leadership and assists the leadership team with implementation and sustainability strategies in our journey to becoming a Highly Reliable Organization (HRO).
