The Charter is responsible for the timely charting of all in-patient results for pathology, radiology, vascular lab, pharmacy, respiratory therapy, and any other areas approved by administration.

A day in the life of a Charter at Hackensack Meridian Health includes:

• Faxes all PAT results and other results upon request.
• Adheres to the standards identified in the Medical Center's Organizational Competencies.

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

• High School diploma, general equivalency diploma (GED), and/or GED equivalent programs or commercial school graduate.
• 0-1 year experience.

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:

• Computer literate.

Minimum rate of $18.43 Hourly

Some jobs may also be eligible for performance-based incentives, bonuses, or commissions not reflected in the starting rate. Certain positions may also be eligible for shift differentials for work performed on evening, night, or weekend shifts.
